We believe having deep understanding and techniques of making noodles which you learn here is crucial for your long-term success in business.
All of our graduates will receive a certificate after completing the course, so that you may display your technical advances to your customers!

【UDON course】
*The course is conducted for individual or group with options of 2 to 5 days.

Course Information

Fee:
For 2 days course (personal class)
60,000JPY / 2 days (including textbooks and English interpreter fee)

For 5 days course (group class)
60,000JPY / 5 days (including textbooks)

Hours: 10am – 5pm

Contents:
・Learn basic knowledge about Udon
・How to make Udon noodles by using machine
・How to make soup stock, flavoring sauce and Tempura
・Create original recipes
・Visit popular noodle shops (only available for 5 days course)

*Course fee is excluded other travel expenses (transportation fee, accommodation fee etc.).

*Pick-up service is available free of charge for the attendees who stay at our designated accommodation.

【RAMEN course】
*The course is conducted for 2 or 4 days.


Course Information

For 2 days course

Fee:20,000JPY (including textbooks and English interpreter fee)

Location:Tokyo

Hours:10am – 5pm

Contents:
・How to make Ramen noodles by using machine
・How to create a bowl of Ramen (by blending the soup base, flavored sauce and oil etc.

*Pick-up service from/to Mitaka stn. is available free of charge for the attendees

For 4 days course

Fee:198,000JPY (including textbooks and accommodation fee)

Location:Kagawa

Hours:9am – 5pm

Contents:
・How to make Ramen noodles by using machine
・How to make Soup stock, Flavored sauce and oils and Toppings
・How to make Dumpling skins and others (if requested)
etc.

*Course fee is excluded other travel expenses (transportation fee etc.).

*Pick-up service is available free of charge for the attendees who stay at our designated accommodation during the course term.

【Other course】
*The course is conducted for individual with options of 1 to 3 days.

Course Information

Fee:
30,000JPY / day (including textbooks and English interpreter fee)


Type of noodles: Soba, Pasta, Rice noodle etc.

*Course fee is excluded other travel expenses (transportation fee, accommodation fee etc.).

*Pick-up service is available free of charge for the attendees who stay at our designated accommodation.
