We have conducted 3 days personal Udon & Soba course at our H.Q. this week.
He came from CA to take our course.
He brought some flours from U.S.A. and we tested them if they are good enough to make quality noodles.
We made different types of Soba and Udon dishes including Yaki Udon (fried Udon noodle).
We hope that he is satisfied with our course program, and the knowledge and techniques of making noodles we taught will be helpful for his future business.
