We have had a 2 days personal Udon course in our HQ last week.
The customers have come all the way from San Francisco to attend the course.
After he learnt the basic skills of making udon noodles, soups, flavoring and toppings, he made his original Tempura Curry Udon!
He looked very satisfied with the taste and noodle texture of his dish.
We can hardly wait to see you again at NRA show in Chicago next year.
