We had a customer from Germany for 1-Day Noodle making class at H.Q. this week.
She took a Ramen course at our Ramen school in Tochigi last week, and learnt the general knowledge and techniques of Ramen including making noodles, soups and flavoring sauces and oils.
Then, she came to our H.Q. for taking an extra noodle making class.
Even though she already learnt how to use the machine and how to make noodles in Ramen school, she seemed to have discovered more interest in noodle making here.
She plans to open a Ramen shop in Germany next year and she is also considering to take an extra Ramen course again before she opens the shop.
We look forward to seeing her again next year.
