We are conducting a tutorial 5 days ramen course in Osaka this week.
This time, the students came from Melbourne, Australia.
In a class of Noodle making, you will learn lots of knowledge and techniques of making Japanese Ramen noodles such as “How to select the appropriate flours” and “Characteristics of Lye powder”, etc.
You will also learn other useful and valuable knowledge of making soups, flavoring sauces, flavoring oils and toppings which are all essential to make a better bowl of ramen during the course.
The popularity of Japanese Ramen has still been increasing in Australia, too.
