We have tried to make noodles by flours, which are made in Canada.
Generally, most of the overseas flours are not produced for the purpose of making Japanese noodles.
So, many of our students / customers have difficulty finding the local flour for making authentic Japanese noodles.
However, we have lots of experiences and techniques to turn the most of flours into quality noodles.
With our support, he could make quality Udon and Ramen noodles with his local flours.
